Kicked Up Creole Sausage Balls

The original sausage balls version that features pork sausage, shredded cheddar cheese and biscuit mix has been served in the South for as long as I can remember. It’s simple and delicious! Wanting to take a fresh look at this dish I came up with this creole variation.
